J'ai un webstation avec apache2.2, j'ai crée un vhost avec un domaine "test.dev" que j'ai rooté sur mon ip via le fichier host de windows. Dès que je tape dans un navigateur http://test.dev je suis redirigé automatiquement vers https://test.dev et du coup je tombe en erreur HSTS.
