Question au support :
Hello support team,
I have an issue, i think it's since the last upgrade of firmware from 3.1.1605 to 3.1.1613.
The issue is that each time i have to reboot the NAS i have older files they re-appears, these files were deleted before (by Windows CIFS or using the GUI with the file browser) these files were deleted and the recycle folder were cleaned also.
Do you know how to reslove this issue ?
Many thanks.
Hi David,
After escalating this issue to our developers, it seem this is a bug issue which will occur when torrents are still seeding. We are currently working on a fix and will try to fix this issue before the next official DSM release.
For now, a workaround solution would be to remove the seeding tasks in Download Station to avoid files being moved back to the Destination sharefolder. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Hello Support Team,
I have installed the latest new official firmware for the DS410J using the double reset procedure but i have always the same issue. (previously files downloaded that are in DL Station queue reappears on each restart).
Do you think if i reinstall the DS410J from scratch (with a backup first and then i format the hard drives) will fix this issue ?
Or do you have news from developers about this, have you encountered yet this issue with someone else ?
Thanks for your answer.
Regards,
