Les disques sont vérifiés et j'ai reconfiguré le nas comme avant l'incident. Tout est ok. Il ne me reste plus qu'à redéfinir les quotas utilisateurs que je n'arrive pas à remettre en place à partir du panneau/de configuration/Utilisateur. Je verrai ça dans la doc. Merci encore pour ton aide !

J'ai enlevé le disque 1 et relancé la machine. Surprise, Diskstation m'a dit qu'il fallait réinstaller DSM. Avant toute chose, j'ai testé l'arrêt du NAS qui s'est effectué normalement. J'ai remis le disque 1 et rallumé la machine qui m'a proposé l'installation de la dernière version DSM. Je suis donc maintenant en version DSM 6.0.1-7393 Update 1. Tous mes fichiers sont toujours dans le syno et je peux de nouveau y accéder à partir de l'explorateur de mon pc.

Je confirme avoir respecté la procédure. Comme indiqué dans le Guide d'installation rapide de mon NAS, j'ai bien les trois bips après le 2e appui sur le bouton reset mais il ne se passe rien en dehors de la réinitialisation réseau. Appuyez et maintenez jusqu'à ce que vous entendiez un bip, puis appuyez et maintenez à nouveau jusqu'à ce que vous entendiez trois bips pour replacer le DiskStation en état "Non installé", afin de pouvoir réinstaller DiskStation Manager (DSM). Mes connaissances dans le domaine ne sont pas suffisantes pour jouer sans risques avec le NAS ! Comme j'avais déjà fait une sauvegarde complète de mes fichiers et que je n'ai pas encore testé le double reset, je me suis lancé et ... ... ça ne marche pas ! Le double reset réalise bien la partie reset réseau mais ne fait jamais passer le voyant status en orange clignotant et la configuration n'est jamais perdue.

1. Le compte admin est déjà activé. 2. Le firewall n'est pas activé. Ayant déjà essayé la mise à jour manuelle mais ne sachant plus quel compte j'avais utilisé, j'ai refait la procédure complète. 3. Le reboot complet a été réalisé. 4. Je me suis connecté en admin. 5. J'ai lancé la mise à jour manuelle à partir du fichier DSM_DS215j_7393.pat téléchargé. J'ai bien la phase de mise à jour des programmes, celle de la mise à jour des configurations, le décompte des 10 minutes de redémarrage pour toujours le même résultat final : Version actuelle du DSM : DSM 6.0-7321 Update 6 / Date du DSM : 2016/05/06 Pour la partie accès au partage, dans l'explorateur de mes machines, le DS215 apparaît bien dans le réseau mais windows ne peux pas y accéder et les diagnostics réseau ne détectent aucun problème. Si j'essaie de connecter le NAS en lecteur réseau avec le chemin UNC, j'obtiens le même résultat.

Bonjour Fenrir, Merci pour ta réponse. Ne connaissant pas encore SSH, j'ai activé le service SSH du terminal et et j'ai téléchagé PuTTY. J'ai autorisé l'application dans le pare-feu windows. Une réponse dans un autre sujet indique qu'il faut se connecter dans PuTTY avec le login root et le mot de passe admin mais l'accès n'est pas autorisé avec ces paramètres. Je poursuis ma recherche. Problème d'accès résolu. Bonjour, J'ai un DS215j avec DSM 6.00-7321 Update 6. Depuis cette mise à jour installée le 6 mai, je ne peux plus accéder au NAS à partir de l'explorateur de fichiers des ordis de mon réseau local. J'ai par ailleurs tenté plusieurs fois de mettre à jour DSM vers la version 6.0.1-7393 via Diskstation. Toute la procédure semble se dérouler correctement mais après le redémarrage final, je me retrouve avec la version 7321. Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Je me suis résolu à racheter un disque dur et ça fonctionne. Mon précédent NAS n'a pas lâché tout seul, il a aussi irrémédiablement endommagé les deux disques qu'il contenait. !

Bonjour, J'ai fini par trouver la procédure d'installation sur le blog : http://blog.e-nnov.fr/synology-dsm/synology-assistant/ . Tout s'est bien déroulé pour la partie configuration du NAS. J'ai alors lancé l'installation de DSM à partir du fichier DSM_DS215j_5592.pat téléchargé sur le site Syunology. Là ça plante avec un code d'erreur serveur 38. Je n'ai pas encore trouvé à quoi ça correspond. Quelqu'un a une idée pour la suite des investigations ? Merci d'avance. Le NAS et mon PC sont connectés en Ethernet sur ma box fibre.

Merci pour ton message firlin. Mon précédent NAS n'était pas un Synology mais les disques peuvent être reformatés sans problème car j'utilise provisoirement une autre solution de sauvegarde. J'ai déjà changé le câble réseau mais sans succès. J'avais aussi essayé de relier le NAS en direct sur mon PC mais sans avoir téléchargé le micro-logiciel et sans aucun résultat. Je vais donc réessayer après installation du DSM. J'ai téléchargé le fichier DSM_D215j_292.pat sur le site constructeur mais j'avoue de pas savoir quoi faire d'un fichier avec cette extension. pdhl

Bonjour, Je viens d'acquérir un Synology DS215j dans lequel j'ai installé les 2 disques durs de mon précédent NAS hors service. J'ai connecté le nouveau NAS à ma box fibre SFR (192.168.0.1). Les voyants Disk 1, Disk 2 et Lan sont verts, le voyant Status est orange clignotant. J'utilise un PC de bureau Acer sous Windows 10 Famille 64 bits. Windows Update me dit que mon PC est à jour. Mon navigateur est Firefox 40.0.3 à jour. Le serveur DHCP de ma box est activé. Mon PC connecté en Ethernet est visible avec l'adresse 192.168.0.13. Mon serveur NAS est visible avec l'adresse 192.168.0.20. Ma connection Internet est active. Lorsque je rentre find.synology.com dans la barre d'adresse de mon navigateur, j'obtiens normalement la page de connexion DiskStation. L'adresse IP indiquée est bien 192.168.0.20 et le statut mentionné est Non installé. Lorsque je clique sur le bouton Connecter, après vingt à trente secondes de recherche, j'obtiens le message suivant : La connexion a échoué. Vérifiez vos paramètres réseau. Le renouvellement de l'opération après désactivation de mon antivirus Avast aboutit au même résultat.
