Il a fini de réparer le volume mais même avec les 2 commandes que tu m'as indiqué, cela ne change rien.
Oui, j'ai éjecté le Disque 1 parce que je n'arrive pas a démarrer quand il est dans le NAS. Par contre je peux l’insérer après et j'arrive a le voir en ligne de commande :

j'ai fait un recovery mais il ne touche pas les données ?
mon volume se trouve sur le D1,D2,D3.
Le D1 m'empeche de démarrer le NAS mais je peux l’insérer après et il est en status normal mais il ne fais plus partie du volume ? Comment le remettre dans le volume ?
Le D2 qui a des secteur defectueux (> a 4000).
Le D3 est OK
Le D4, je l'ai rajouté apres comme spare et fais le recovery sur D2,D3,D4
en plus, l'etat en cours

bon merci pour vos réponses mais je crois que c'est sans espoir.
Tant pis. je vais refaire mon volume en RAID 5 cette fois
