Taipei, Taiwan—October 15, 2008—Synology® Inc. today announced the formal release of its latest 2-bay Disk Station model, the ultra-high performance and quiet Disk Station DS209+. The DS209+ is equipped with hardware specifications of 800 MHz CPU, 512MB RAM, 3 USB ports and 1 eSATA port, and is furthermore batched with the most updated Synology Disk Station Manager 2.0 software released in late September of brand new business features and polished application enhancements.
