DS413J qui ne démarre plus

Bonjour à tous,

j'ai remplacé le Disque 3 sur mon DS413J qui donnait de signes de faiblesses.

lors du calcul de cohérence de parité, le nas m'indiquait que le disque 2 avait des erreurs de secteurs mais le contrôle continuait.

A 64% le nas a planté et maintenant la led power clignote de même que la led réseau mais rien de plus, il ne s'éteint même pas quand je garde le bouton appuyé.

j'ai à tout hasard changé le disque 2 mais je n'ai toujorus pas accès à l'interface donc je ne sais pas si je peux recontrauire le RAID, là j'ai beau chercher, cela dépasse mes compétences.
