Top Contract Law Research Topics for Legal Research

I’m trying to find some ideas, for the most relevant, and actually useful contract law research topics, for a legal research project. Like what areas of contract law right now are worth digging into, not just in theory but in practice. I’d especially like suggestions where there’s strong case law backing them up, and also enough academic sources so the whole thing can be supported pretty thoroughly.
