J'ai moi aussi une USB Station 2, dernier firmware à jour et je rencontre le même problème que toi.

For an unknown reason my disk won't hibernate (though the option is activated; I tried different timings). Actually, the disks stop for a few seconds and then start again. I suspected some undesired network activity, but even stopping the internet connection by removing the ethernet cable doesn't change anything.
I already noticed this on previous version of DSM. Though it used to work fine in the past. Nothing else changed in my setup.
