Hello, Voici la réponse du support de HMA… tout à été désactivé, seule l’application fonctionne désormais, donc c’est mort pour le NAS et autre routeur. J’ai demandé pour un remboursement car j’ai souscris un renouvellement pour 3 ans en Novembre dernier… je vous tiendrai au courant de la réponse. First, I would like to apologize for the late reply. We received an unexpected influx of customer requests, which increased our reply times. I understand that you're having trouble connecting with your manual connection. An older version of HMA that supported the PPTP protocol has been decommissioned recently, and, as a result, manual connections will no longer work. Additionally, the IPSec/PPTP password is also non-existent. That being said, HMA can no longer be set up on routers. We understand how inconvenient this may be for you and apologize for any disappointment this may have caused. We're in the midst of updating our website to remove all articles that mention these protocols, which may have caused confusion. In the future, we recommend using the HMA application, which uses the OpenVPN protocol and will soon have Wireguard and our own unique protocol. Please bear with us! Hello, Je suis également dans le même cas mais je ne pense pas que ce soit lié au renouvellement de l'abonnement. Le problème est apparu seulement il y a quelques jours. Par contre, tout fonctionne bien avec l'appli mais impossible de se connecter via le synology. Pareil aussi pour moi, toujours pas de réponse du service client. On se tient au courant. Francis
