Erreur Pendant Ipkg Update

bonjour Grace au Tuto a Fred j'ai installé IPKG , il y a de cela 10 jours, il fonctionnait très bien

j'ai du le neutralisé pour construire mon RAID1 avec cette commande " mv /etc/rc.local /etc/rc.local-sav "

aujourd'hui je le réactive " mv /etc/rc.local-sav /etc/rc.local "

je lance un ipkg update

et j'obtiens " DiskStation> ipkg update

Downloading http://ipkg.nslu2-li...ble/Packages.gz

An error ocurred, return value: 1.

Collected errors:

ipkg_download: ERROR: Command failed with return value 4: `wget --passive-ftp -q -P /opt/ipkg-yCdl3b http://ipkg.nslu2-li...ble/Packages.gz' "

quelqu'un aurait il la gentillesse de m'aider car je comprends pas cette ERROR

EDIT : excusez http://ipkg.nslu2-linux.org/ est injoignable chez moi , est il down ? ou bloqué par l'ARJEL :)
