NAS s'eteint et impossible à rallumer

Bonjour,

Après avoir fait pas mal de recherches, je me décide à écrire car je suis un peu désespéré...

J'ai un NAS DS 412J en raid 1.

Depuis quelques temps et quand je ne m'y connecte pas pendant un jour, il s'éteint (toute les lumières sont étreintes sauf celle de l'alimentation qui reste bleue - en continu). Du coup, il m'est impossible de m'y reconnecter depuis synology assistant (il ne trouve aucun synology) ou depuis internet (avec "synology.me"). Mes connections directes aux dossiers du NAS depuis mon réseau domestique sont également inaccessibles.

Quand je presse sur le bouton alimentation la lumière bleu se met à clignoter mais rien ne se passe. La seule solution, qui me fait froid dans le dos à chaque fois, et de tirer le prise et le rebrancher. Il redémarre alors et tout est ok.

J'ai désactivé l'hybernation et l'exctinction automatique, j'ai fait un nettoyage pour enlever la poussière et éviter toute surchauffe...

Quelqu’un a une idée ?

La première chose à faire est d'aller jeter un coup d’œil dans les logs (en SSH)

Tu as des paquets installés ?

Tu as tenté de le réinstaller ?

Bonjour,

Merci pour ta réponse. Il faut juste que tu m'expliques un peu mieux ta première chose à faire j'avoue ne pas être un as... (jeux de mots à deux balles)

J'ai installé photo, video, audio et download station ainsi que serveur multimedia et time backup.

J'ai jamais réinstallé mon nas...

active le ssh (c'est dans le panneau de conf)
si tu es sous windows, télécharge putty
connecte toi au nas an ssh (login root, avec le pass du compte admin)
exécute la commande : cat /var/log/messages
cherche des messages d'erreur (en particulier juste avant l'heure du plantage)

en passant, vérifie que la partition système n'est pas pleine avec df -h

En bloquant des DDNS hors suisse je pensais que ça avait résolu le problème mais en fait aujourd'hui ça m'a refait le coup. Le problème c'est que je sais pas quand il s'éteint car ça arrive la journée quand je suis au boulot...

J'ai configuré qu'il s'éteigne à 3h du mat et ensuite se rallume à 6h. Et aujourd'hui ça s'est bien passé mais j'ai reçu un mail de synology.me comme quoi la connection avait été perdu à 11h42. Du coup j'ai checké les log entre 6h00 et 20h30 (ou j'ai du débranché et rebranché) et voici ce qu'il y a:

Bonsoir,

Je reviens finalement pour apporter des nouvelles.

Tout d'abord un grand merci à Fenrir pour son aide à distance. Mon NAS est nettement mieux sécurisé maintenant et je n'ai plus de tentatives de connexion d'IP inconnues.

Tout allait bien depuis l'intervention de Fenrir jusqu'à vendredi lorsque j'ai reçu un message de synology.me m'indiquant que la connexion était perdue. Depuis, quand je suis rentré du travail le soir, rebelotte mon NAS est éteint avec les ventillos qui tournent dans le vide.

Je perds un peu espoir là.... :-(

P.S. J'avais demandé une assistance spéciale à synology et ils avaient fini par me dire de faire un reset complet (10 seconde avec un trombone, etc.). Mais je voulais savoir votre avis si j'ai un risque de perdre des données ?

Désolé que ça n'est pas résolu tous les problèmes.

Normalement le reset ne touche pas aux données, mais comme toujours, il vaut mieux avoir une sauvegarde.

Dans ton cas, repartir de zéro (formatage complet des disques) ne serait pas forcement une mauvaise chose.

Une autre piste possible, un défaut électrique (alimentation du synology ou problème plus général), je ne sais plus s'il y avait un onduleur.

Bon... J'ai un peu tout tenté et il se reteint toujours. je pense pas que ça soit un problème électrique... Du coup il me reste la solution de tout formater et repartir de zéro.

A ce sujet je suis surpris de constater qu'il n'y a pas de marche à suivre proposée par Synology pour tout supprimer ?! Ou est-ce mes recherches qui ne sont pas bonnes ?

tout supprimer ? avec les données ? si oui, c'est possible, il suffit de supprimer le volume puis de faire un double reset, une autre méthode est de sortir les disques et de les formater depuis un pc

Est-ce qu'il y aurait une utilité à d'abord faire un double reset sans supprimer toutes les données ou, dans mon cas, ça ne changerait rien ?

Il n'y a presque aucune chance que le soucis vienne des données, par contre il peut venir de blocs corrompus sur la partition utilisée par les données.

Je pense qu'il faudrait commencer par tester le nas avec un autre disque (sain) et une installation propre par défaut, si ça plante encore => le pb est matériel (pb électrique ou alimentation du nas, pb de avec le nas lui même, pb électromagnétique).

En parallèle, un test de surface des disques dur ne sera pas du luxe (il suffit de brancher les dd dans u pc et d'utiliser les utilitaires du constructeur).
