Salut à tous !

Depuis quelques jours, suite à un reboot de ma box qui a engendré un changement d'IP et donc une update de mon DynHost chez OVH, ma tache de backup vers mon espace Hubic ne passe plus. HyperBackup est en état "Connecté" en ce qui concerne la destination, donc l'espace Hubic est joignable ...

J'ai d'abord pensé à une propagation un peu capricieuse mais ca fait plusieurs jours. 

Quelqu'un a une idée ??

LePousson did you still have the problem? I facing also a problem with HyperBackup and Hubic.

But my bakups are failing with with the message "Exception occurred while backing up data. (The backup task was cancelled.)"

i had opened a ticket with OVH, they couldn't give me any information about Hubic's services. But they could give me a support contact.

There I have now made a request if there is a problem on the service of hubic or possibly an update of the API which requires an update from Synology.

As soon as I get an answer, I will post it.

I get a similare issue with the following logs:

Error	2018/05/22 20:28:45	SYSTEM	[hubiC][Backup Nas] Failed to run backup task.
Error	2018/05/22 20:28:43	SYSTEM	[hubiC][Backup Nas] Exception occurred while backing up data. (The backup destination does not exist.)
Error	2018/05/22 20:28:43	SYSTEM	[hubiC][Backup Nas] Failed to backup data.

I create new backup task where I relink the existing backup but it also failled.
Existing container and folder can be selected from Hubic and still exist.

Les gas vous savez que hubiC traine de sacrés casseroles ? Non car si un jour vous arrivez à récupérer un backup entier sans qu’il soit corrompu ou en partie manquant... vous serez sacré champion 😁

Autre solution Pcloud : Abonnement annuel de 4 To au prix de 191.76 € ou Achat de l’option “A vie” – 4 To au prix de 700 €

@urdy17 Ouaip je vois beaucoup de pub pour ce service qui pullule... bien trop jeune et surtout avec ce qu’il dépense en com... pas certains que ce service vive longtemps... surtout qu’il sorte de nulle part...

je suis preneur d'un cloud sérieux !
