Dear Synology Users,

We thank you for your patience as we work through licensing discussions with the media center you are using. Unfortunately, we have not come to a resolution with Synology despite delivering our proposal on time and in good faith. They are unreachable due to a holiday and so, because we value you as users and contributors to TheTVDB, we are temporarily making your API key active till we can reach them. However, if we cannot come to an agreement with Synology next week, access may be revoked. As stated before, you are each valuable members of our community, but Synology's user base is very expensive for us to support without assistance from them. Please enjoy your TVDB access for now and we will keep you posted upon further developments.
